King Air 300 simulator upgrade with Garmin GNS530W
We are pleased to inform you that our King Air full flight simulator will have the Garmin GNS530W unit installed during April 2018.
This upgrade is a unique task and so it is very difficult to advise the exact number of days that we need to keep the simulator unavailable for training during April. We are certain that it will not take all of April to perform the installation work and certification, but it will take at least 2 maybe 3 weeks.
If you have a need for the simulator during April please contact our Customer Support support@finaa.fi and check if the simulator could be made available when you need it or what would be the best available date.
We elected to install the Garmin GNS530W for several reasons, one being that it is one of the most popular GPS units in use and it enables all needed functions when training PBN RNP and RNAV flights. The Garmin GNS530W is also easy to operate. If you are unfamiliar with the operation of this unit please visit the Garmin web site or YouTube there you will find excellent training videos. We will also assist as best possible.
